What materials are used in Pippa Quilts?
We typically use 100" cotton fabrics, batting, and threads. While the majority of our quilts are created from specific lines of fabric, we are open to custom fabric and material requests.
How do I care for and clean my quilt?
Quilts are machine washable on a gentle cycle.

What is the return and exchange policy?
Ready-made quilts can be exchanged within 14 days. Custom quilts are not returnable, but we work closely with you throughout the quilt creation process to ensure that you love the final product.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All quilts are shipped from New York so time until receipt depends upon your location. Ready-made quilts are mailed within 3-5 business days, while custom quilts can take up to 8 weeks to complete.
